• What about a wolverine build? So you start with 7 STR, 10 END ( to represent regeneration ), 5 Luck ( for idiot savant ) and the rest in agility, you pick the skill book and put it in agility, I don't know the exact orders of the perks BUT you need adamsntiun skeleton for role play reasons, life giver for role playing reasons, your main source of damage will come from unarmed and you should use the deathclaw gauntlet more to the late game you will invest in agility and pick blitz to represent the leaps that wolverine do.

I know this was not s very well made build but I hope that you guys do it, if you want me to develop more the build just ask.

PS: sorry for mine bad English not mine first language

  • This will have spoilers regarding the factions

I really want to see one build for each faction, the brotherhood paladin who will do anything that the brotherhood tell him and follow orders blindly, in mine opinion he should starts with high endurance, moderate INT ( around 5 ) really low charisma and 4strength and then pick the bobble head to use Heavy guns, he starts with a moderate intelligence but grows wiser ( in a nutshell we invest in INT ), he uses power armor in any difficult area/mission and towards lvl 30 he starts to invest in nuclear physicist, when he is not using heavy guns he is using rifles, he has a strong sense of proudness and righteousness so when speaking he always to what he thinks will gives the best results regardless of the methods, his backstory should be related to the military, he was a high ranked officer or something of the gender, he wanted to train his son to be the best soldier so when he sees what your son became he stays really disappointed ( he never had any attachment to his son ), we need to kill Dance in this build and we need to be a man so we have a direct connection to the army.

Next we have the institute one, in this build I would say that you would have high INT because you are a very rational person and the rest I don't know ( mine bad!!!) he has a strong sense that he needs to take care of everyone's problems and thinks that the only way to achieve this would be with the institute, he always searches for the best method, he should have the courser as companion and in the beginning he allies himself to the Minutemen but he changes after he sees how the institute wants to progress, he shows a great attachment towards his son, it doesn't matter the gender in this build.

And finally the railroad agent ( female preferred ), she starts with 3 STR so she can have armorer ( this is REALLY important ), she has a high INT around 7 to 8, she has a great amount of charisma ( 7+), starts with 4 PER and goes to 5 with bobble head and has a high agility (6+) so she can be sneak and use pistols well ( Please tweak the SPECIALs as needed ) after she afliates with the railroad she stop using armors and starts to just use clothes with balistic weaves to look like a railroad agent ( the reason behind armorer ) towards level 30 and up she will invest in riffleman so she can use the Gauss rifle ( reasons will be explained afterwards ), her main form of combat will be sneak and with the use of the deliverer ( small weapon that fits the theme of undercover ), but when the situation asks for she will use armor and gauss rifle ( represents the heavy railroad agents ), for the backstory she would have been an lawyer who had have some successful projects during her university life to do something like a synth, she fought that robots had the same rights as humans and really wanted to see what she imagined, when she is in the common wealth and she finds the railroad she becomes really happy, she finally see hopes on her dream, she has high charisma due to her persuasion power as a lawyer, high intelligence due to her brilliant past and agility because she was professional at gymnastics.

If it is confusing please talk with me so I can explain better and sorry for any English mistakes, English is not mine first language
