Yeah, I've got a 256GB one, but it's filling up; perhaps I'll see about moving the Witcher over to that...
Got a chance to play it at lunch today -- it's effectively COIN: Dungeon Crawl (what with the asymmetric faction relationships), but with much more of a split between each faction.
The rules leave a lot to be desired, but I think it'll end up being a great game for an experienced group of at least three, if not four.
Resolution isn't 4k, but is maxed for my monitor (1920x1080, iirc). Just completely maxed out (with hair works, too) -- I was blown away. Not used to a change in video card having such an extreme effect, but I guess the machine is old?
NMS has more than just technical issues (though recent patches and NVidia's updated drivers fixed all of mine), but at least it's pretty. :)
I'm running the GTX 1080 on an otherwise mediocre system (built in 2013, but the video card died earlier this year), and it's a pretty amazing upgrade.
I went from playing No Man's Sky and Wild Hunt on minimal settings to almost everything on ultra, and the only pain point is a bit of loading time for the Witcher (still on an HDD, so the video card can't help).
Highly recommended, if the price isn't too hard to bear.
Can't remember if you're a regular at Game On in Issaquah -- one of my favorite conventions, with an awesome community.
