    When I'm feeling serious, Desert Scrub V2 looks really great. When I'm feeling MLG, Cristmas Sweater Camo trumps all.

    Rain and Volumetric Fog effects were developed just over two years ago; they were scrapped because of performance costs. Rendering high-quality rain along with all of the nonsense the engine already does was simply too much for the vast majority of players. (Which is a shame, because they looked REALLY GOOD)

    Speaking to your suggested "Fog of War" mechanic, as an Infil main, and thus in the best position ot take advantage of it, this would make the game absolutely misrable for anyone not carrying a high-powered scope, both visually and mechanically. Firstly, having everything further than 50m away from you completely blacked out by fog would look absolutely atrocious, no two ways about it. Many players would no doubt quit if you made them look at a solid wall of fog unless they're a stone's throw away from something. Secondly, speaking to the mechanics of the thing, yes, it would be incredibly unfair for anyone not carrying a scoped rifle. Any decent Sniper can hit a target ranging from 30m to 300m with an 8x-10x scope, so Snipers would absolutely dominate anyone not carrying similarly high-powered optics. Close up, they'd be about at equal footing with you, but far away, a Sniper woul be able to decimate entire squads because there'd be no way of knowing if a Sniper's targeting you until after he's taken one of you down, and no way of returning fire at all because you'll both struggle immensley to determine even the general direction his hsots are coming from, and, even if you do, you won't be able to see his model specifically. I do agree that combat is a bit to CQC focused at the moment, but the way to fix this is by upgrading the bases to accomidate a variety of combat styles, not by hamstringing anyone not carrying a high-power scope.

    About day/night: usually it is the same, but occasionally some people are off. The Server you're playing on has a "universal time" that it keeps track of for each continent, and is supposed to send you that time information whenever you switch continents to allow your client to sync up. However, sometimes this information is dropped; the server doesn't check for a confirmation that the info was received in order to save bandwidth, so the client will start on its own time (noon, if I recall correctly). It will remain this way until the server sends a continent update to your client, at which point you will see time pass at an accelerated rate in roder to sync up with the correct time.

    About the foregrip: Foregrip reduces the horizontal recoil (how much the gun may drift to one side after each bullet is fired) and the horizontal tolerance (how far the gun is allowed to drift from the recoil angle before it is forced back) of your weapon when shooting down sights, but increases its equip time. Advanced foregrip magnifies each of these three charecteristics. This contrasts with the laser sight, which reduces the starting COF of your weapon when in hipfire, and has no downsides (since this upside isn't as powerful). Thus, yes, foregrip is generally the way to go.

    If it's affecting your ability to live life normally, you should certainly go see a psychological professional for help. it soulds like you might have an anxiety disorder, but, whatever you have, a professional will know how to diagnose it and how to help. Outside of that, I've found that Stoic Negative Visualization helps me with my Depression, and it might help you as well. The idea is that, when you first wake up, you take several minutes out of your day to imagine yourself being confronted with some hardship, in your case, your struggles with deciding, and, since you're not in immediate danger, you take the time to personally come to terms with the potential situation, and to visualize yourself coping with the situation as you feel you ought to. This way, when the real deal rolls around, as it no doubt will eventually, you have the mental fortitude of the inner calm you obtained earlier to comfort you and the plan you made earlier to guide you. Of course, you'll no doubt still struggle almost just as much after the first time, but, with constant practice, you'll get better and learn to overcome.

    I'm a really big fan of the Five-Seven, personally. I find the accuracy and headshot damage to be much more flexible than the simple stopping power of the CZ. Don't get me wrong, the CZ is really good in certain situations, I just prefer something I can make work regardless of how the round plays out, especially against players with rifles.

    SImply because a picture's full HD doesn't make it high quality. As above, lossy compression matters. Currently, google links to the correct, highest quality files, but it didn't used to be this way, and might not be in the future. If all you're using is google image search you have no reference on which the originals are, and thus don't know if they're of the highest quality or not.
