  • "Galactica" at Alton Towers, UK have done the same - I would say that they've also taken it a step further. It's very integrated into the ride - the settings for everything are built into the seats and the staff have feedback on whether everything is working. There's also a special pouch for the headsets (which are cleaned) and it's all just part of the harness set up.

The actual experience was brilliant. They also just use the Gear VR, but since the movement in the game 1:1 matches the ride movement, there was no motion sickness at all. It was overall an amazing experience. Galactica is just a re-branding of the rollercoaster Air - I think the VR has definitely elevated it to a new level.

I would love for them to offer a whole host of different VR experiences. It would be so cool if you could choose your adventure and customise your experience.
