Just being mean and shitty for the sake of it? You didn't deserve that, I'm sorry. Fuck that dipshit.
Holy shit, badass! And so vibrant! Fantastic work.
Not wild about BuJo either. Bjorn?
I've never handled a Hobonichi but am familiar with the paper itself (Tomoe River) and I lurve it. Rhodia paper is also fabulous, and for some reason - 'cause I'm in a college town I guess? - it's sold absolutely everywhere here. Ran into a big Rhodia rack at my incense/henna store, because hippies like fine paper, I guess.
I was just going to get the larger (Japanese) Hobo and ignore all the parts I couldn't read. Dates are dates, I figured. Then I remembered that as a nocturnal person, dates make me crazy. :D
yesssss stew recipes galore.
I need to add a "track habits" column to my habit tracking grid, heh.
F. Paul Wilson's (no relation) Repairman Jack/Adversary Cycle is so so good. Supernatural, crimey, adventurey. Jack's an off-the-grid vigilante, and a kind, capable badass. Plus, monsters and conspiracies and snark.
Enthusiastic second vote for this series. So great. Ooh, and Fowler's Bryant and May books are super in audio, and there are a ton of them.
Thank you I knooowwww right? She is a very peaceful gentle lass. Calm dog = calm me.
Thank you! Meanwhile, dude, congratulations on the big news I saw elsewhere today!!
Adora Bull is fantastic!
I'm that hermit, and I can't see you becoming this. Most of me likes this mode, so I stay. You yearn to be out and happy, and I believe you will come through and find joy again.
That person has a valid point about pitties' reputations, but there's another factor: you'll be aware of that stigma. Your dog will be an ambassador, and you will be present to support your dog as your dog is supporting you. That bad rep can itself both strengthen your bond with the dog, and take your focus off the scenarios and strains that might trigger you - fundamental reasons for having a service dog in the first place.
Oh also I love this picture and your pretty blue hair and yay.
Thank you, it truly helps.
Persevering along with you.
Thanks. Just breathing through it all and trying to focus on good things, like cheese and fluffy socks.
I wouldn't be on Imzy without you, and thanks for being so much braver than I am, in so many ways: most recently, your post on Medium.
SORRY, I GET MUSHY AT 6AM
This is fucking fantastic. Thank you for writing it.
Happy birthday!!!! IT IS THE DAY OF YOU.
I don't think I've ever spoken to someone who gets AS EXCITED ABOUT CURTAINS AS I DO!!!
Congrats! Post pics when they're up if you're comfortable doing so!
Oh yay, congrats!
I haven't taken the plunge yet; still figuring out what my needs actually are. Using an inexpensive journal right now (nice though.) I'm leaning Techo-ward though. I need something nice enough that I'll feel guilty NOT using it, but not so nice that I'm afraid to touch it. It's got paper famously good for fountain pens, which is critical for me. Holler if you launch the community!
I'm subbed to /plannersandjournals but a Techo - only comm would be awesome!
