Take a deep breath. You are loved.
Sometimes in life we experience things like this and it seems like nothing ever will be the same and nothing should be the same.
Reach out to those close to you and talk, and grieve in the way that's natural.
You are loved
I'm sorry. Perhaps here are some online / volunteer counselors who you could talk to?
Maybe you can talk with a counselor and get some tips. Perhaps you can also talk with him and share your concerns
That was quite horrifying
Ali Larter looks good. Didn't know she was still around
Amazing! I understand in theory what she did, but practically it's a bit beyond me
I think men worry about these things too...
Thought provoking... thank you
It's a good idea in this day and age, as utility costs can be really high
I don't think so. The human element is what matters the most. Technology will help them thought.
What ate your thoughts?
Maybe it was the overhead of moderating and checking comments?
Sad but true...
Oh Japan!
Maybe you could try some gentle activity that doesn't stress or overload you... Like photography? Join a small activity or volunteer group?
:)
Well first off you are doing some really great things. Like graduating high school!!
What do you like to do? Are there areas you are drawn to?
Any hobbies or interests? Perhaps you could consider a little volunteer work.
I know these things are difficult with anxiety and depression, but at the same time you have achieved some cool things and continue to do so.
Here's something small which makes me feel better on difficult days
I love how you spell bourgeois :)
I'm not too sure on the privilege concept. I think these days people's chances are about the same...
Not an expert though
Prayers and thoughts your way
What you are saying now makes a lot of sense. Looking at my life I also see that when I can overcome inertia, just about anything is possible.
In my case I'm a bit OCD so hate to do something unless I feel I'm doing it right... that also contributes to the inertia
With meditation I would suggest to try small bits I once read about breathing in and out 100 times for example.
Another thing you can do is practice mindful meditation during simple activities... for example when cleaning.
You don't have to be perfect, you just have to try
Have you tried meditation?
Depression is so difficult, and misunderstood :(
So sorry 😞
It's from Japan...
That's just so very strange! Possibly one of the strangest things I've seen a while
As technology helps optics evolve... Perhaps we will get there In the meantime you can consider the 400 5.6 - it's cheap, lightweight, and pretty good!
Such an excellent collection of gear. I would personally love to own all of those lenses, particularly the 135 f2
