Has anyone here tried making vegan cheese with walnuts? Does it work well? So far all the recipes I've seen use cashews, but they are so expensive :-/
I actually backed it on kickstarter and I'm pretty excited. What gripped me most was the alternative history 60s aesthetic and dystopian setting. The important part will be the gameplay though and this could go either way... I'm optimistic though. The developers seem ambitious and competent enough.
This question can be a bit tricky, because both "liberal" and "socialist" have different meanings, depending on context, as both of them have been used to describe different political currents throughout their history so it really depends on whom you ask.
The classic definition of socialism entails a non-capitalistic mode of production. That means that socialists want to abolish the wage-system in which workers rent out their labour to employers who then profit from product of this labour. Socialist generally aim to replace this with a socialized mode of production that is centered around democratic self management of the workplace. This was generally thought to be achieved by overthrowing the state. In the late 19th century some socialists started to believe that this could also be achieved through the electoral process and not through revolution. Over the course of the 20th century most of these social democratic parties dropped the long-term goal of achieving a different mode of production and focused on reforming the current state of things, which eventually led to many of the European socialist parties essentialy being liberal in the American sense of the word.
So if you exclude social democrats (which are pretty close to American liberals politically) the main difference would be the attitude towards the capitalistic mode of production and often a difference of opinion on how to achieve change (within the system vs. outside of the system).
Also many socialists use the term "liberal" in the classical sense (someone who is in favour of liberal democracy and a market economy), which could describe both Republicans and Democrats for example.
Worked perfectly now. Thanks!

Ok, thanks. No need to hurry ;)
No, it's two whole paragraphs. The title is quite short (3 characters), but I already tried changing it to something longer and the same error occured.
