I have to agree. I have a friend whom I helped set up personal hosting. He then ended up selling space and emails to other companies which in return increased the server requirements and the cost went up. The income could not pay for the hosting any more and now its hectic trying to backup files and move to a cheaper hosting solution. and his personal costs are not being met
