In a body-positive, holistic sense, what does 'fit' actually mean? How do I know when I've achieved it?Ideas for unstructured fitness during the week?
I'm a working mom with a 30-minute commute. That doesn't leave much time for gyms, classes, etc. (it leaves no time). Anybody have any suggestions for unstructured activity that can actually get me in shape? What do other people do who can't get to the gy...Wellness is a scam
