  • ImzyImzyWhat are some communities you'd like to see here?Aug 30, 2016 at 12:30 PM

ASMR (true ASMR, none of that intentional creepy stuff)

I've been updating Bluezy the Third these past few days.

Also you can check out /Themes. Hopefully it'll take off.

I can't see any major issues with renaming a community, but I feel there should be a limit (only once or twice, perhaps). After that would require an admin from Imzy if it's really needed.

I think being able to delete a community could pose some issues, though. Lets assume that Imzy grows to half or even a third the size of reddit. You'll have communities with thousands to hundreds of thousands of members. Allowing a community creator/founder to simply delete a community with one swift click because of some petty drama would be pretty crappy.

Yes, it could be remade from scratch, but members would have to re-join it and the new founders would have to rebuild everything from the ground up again. And the issue could easily arise later on.

You could go the reddit route and simply allow founders to leave a community they've founded, leaving it in a state of limbo with no real leader until someone requests ownership and takes the reins.

You could also allow the deletion of a community under certain circumstances. Perhaps if it's less than x days old, has less than x amount of members, or hasn't had any activity within the last x days.

I saw 'OneClip' and thought they might be bringing back our beloved friend Mr. Clippy.

I quite enjoyed the first half of Season 3 ep.1.. As a fan since Season 1 I hope they can get more viewers this season so the show can stick around for a few more. It isn't without its faults, and can be frustrating at times, but it's worth watching.

  • GamingGamingWhich Game(s) Defined Your Childhood?Aug 22, 2016 at 2:11 PM

On the console side of things I'd have to go with Halo and Halo 2, though there were a number of earlier games that are worthy of attention, such as Super Mario World and Diddy Kong Racing.

As for the PC, Starsiege: Tribes really had an impact on me. I played that game longer than I'd like to admit (and still fire it up every once in a while).
