Ooh thank you for sharing! I think I'm most excited for more of The Get Down and Sense8... but there are so many good shows on that list it's hard to choose.
"Living is keeping the absurd alive. Keeping it alive is, above all, contemplating it."
Funnily enough, I'm reading Notorious RBG this weekend! I'm a third of the way through and I can totally see why you're a fan, ruthie_ginsberg :D
Thank you for sharing, I didn't know much about Ellen Pao and went down an interesting rabbit hole of articles. Stories like this make me appreciate what Imzy is trying to do -- https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/we-cannot-let-the-internet-trolls-win/2015/07/16/91b1a2d2-2b17-11e5-bd33-395c05608059_story.html?utm_term=.64d615bcf59c
Yay that's so exciting!! Congratulations :D
I'm still angry, though it comes in waves. And I'm fired up to be more actively engaged in politics. I plan to write letters to support my senators and encourage them to filibuster any policies that look ludicrous... and hope they can hold on until we start turning things around in 2018.
Love it! I'm drinking iced coffee with mint right now (Philz fans, anyone?)
Thanks! Was fun writing it :)

Mara peered at him and huffed, "Of course not! I have to see it for myself."
They waited, watching the alleyway. Darkness fell. The air blurred. And a window rippled into existence in the middle of the alley.
June squinted his eyes at the unearthly portal, and before he knew it, Mara was heading straight towards the gaping rip in the air. She glanced over her shoulder, winked, and leapt right in.
June shook his head and sighed. "I've got a bad feeling about this," he said, following Mara into the unknown.
