Reaper Man's not bad at all, but Mort has a lot more nostalgic value for me.
I really love the ColoUrs and Mayhem albums.
From what I've been told, the Adamantium Collection. But holy hell is it pricey (then again, isn't it over 700 pages?). I think it's like £40 (last I checked) just for the e-book. XD

Pleasure to meet everybody. Can't wait to get some good discussions going. Or shitposts. Whichever's good.
August 2012, just when HS fandom was still huge and one month later, the Openbound walkaround games were uploaded to the site and everybody was drawing fan-art of the dancestors... it really got me to catch up, and then I felt I'd rushed in my reading so the next summer break after that, I caught up fully. :D
Yeah, I agree with you there. Sometimes writers put fantasy into the real world and have to really stretch things so their world-building makes sense, or they have to leave things vague, or just follow the same old "secret magical society" boilerplate, y'know?
While we're here, any recs for Urban Fantasy? I've downloaded Rosemary & Rue (October Daye series), and I didn't get on very well with the Dresden Files, so...
I agree with Jay's review that the Fox X-Men universe needs a clean reboot.
Overall I liked the movie, but there's rumours going around that more than a few scenes were cut out of the movie.
Nah, man. My fave JJJ is still J.K. Simmons.
Also I'm curious as to what role Keaton would be playing... maybe Doc Ock all over again? The guy who plays Kingpin in Netflix Daredevil seems to have said something this week about possibly reprising his role in Spiderman: Homecoming, so... Hmm.
The last game I completed was Undertale. My tastes are definitely very casual at the moment, I'm playing The Sims 4 right now. My PC gaming options are a little limited, and my X-Box 360 is still alive and kicking so I use that mainly for Skyrim, Dragon Age (not Inquisition, that's on my bro's PS4) and Mirror's Edge. I even bought the Deadpool game for full price after the movie came out, and it's actually surprisingly fun, if terribly repetitive in terms of level design.
My first DW book was Mort, and I've considered it my favourite ever since. Closely followed by Small Gods and The Colour of Magic. (Got into TCoM through the TV adaptation, which is one of my favourite things ever.)
This is how a lot of science fiction pulp writers from the '30s and '40s and '50s did it. They wrote super fast and didn't always redraft or edit. Sure, you can get gems of classic fantasy and sci-fi, but there's also an awful lot of dross out there in the annals of that era's writing output.
Congrats guys! I've been listening for over a year now, I love the show. Thought I'd use my Imzy invite to join and chat with cool people. <3
I'm still hype for Homestuck 2.0 to be honest. Hiveswap looks like it's going to do a lot of world-building and cool stuff, it's just a shame that it had to go through all of its delays.
