I's not arguing whether or not people have a right to procreate. I clearly don't believe that people in a society actually have a right to procreate in general without the consent of society just as they don't have a right to procreate with their immediate family.
No, not at all like either of those ideas, as those aren't ethical because they're based on race and other factors that are beyond the control of people.
What I'm talking about is having every man get a vasectomy at birth. Then, have strict standards based on scientific probability, for who is allowed to reverse the vasectomy.
This would require the eradication of racism and structural racism as well as sexism and other prejudices that put people, who are otherwise completely fit for procreation, into situations beyond their control that may make them seem unfit.
It's a long long way down the road and will probably never happen.
What will happen sooner is the ability to choose the features of your child... if you have enough money. Which is completely unethical.
