    That's an odd numbering system they have there.... I have the 5 and my son just bought the new 6S (I think).

    This is actually one of the main reasons I dropped Blackberry was back (before the company started to falter). They pretty much stopped supporting phones very rapidly, and my preference is to have a device that is supported by the manufacturer for a long time.

    I don't mind support dropping out if the devices are CHEAPER mind you. Flagship phones shouldn't only have a two year lifespan for support like this.
