So yeah, the Gear S3 Frontier won't fit everyone. By now it's probably clear that I don't mind the size, though. There's something undeniably cool about wearing a big timepiece, especially one as well constructed as this. It also helps that Samsung used a more traditional -- and more flexible -- design for its lugs.

I really do not see a need for too much in the way of "apps" in a smartwatch. For my needs, #1 is time always visible, #2 is notifications, #3 is music controls, #4 is fitness tracking. At no point do I want to be reading articles or playing games on my watch. Then I have 2 pebble watches that I found great. But not enough people agreed with me to keep Pebble afloat.
