We are obsessed with all things Android: phones, tablets, apps and hacks to get the best out of Google's OS.
Which Google Pixel phone did you buy?
If you ordered, let us know which version. Black / Blue / Silver? 32 / 128?
If you chose to not buy it, let us know why.

I own a Nexus 6P... I think I'll wait for the Next Pixel phone
Love the phone, but can't afford to spend 700$
Yep, for the $550-600 price range would've been a killer phone!
I'm missing the option "Still waiting for it to be released in my country" 😂
Feels too much like a first product, great one though – but definitely getting the next one!
I myself pre-ordered the Black XL 128 GB version, when they restocked it couple weeks ago. I lost the battle with my addiction. :(
I bought the Pixel in Really Blue. I'm really loving it so far! I wasn't happy with the price point, but I wanted a smaller phone and there really aren't any small flagship phones anymore. I picked up the Nexus 6P, which is a fantastic phone but just waaay too big for my tiny hands.
i bough a 6. loved it! in under a week it slipped from my purse at night and bye bye. so....not sure i should buy the pixel.
You mean you lost the phone in darkness or just cracked it? Ouch, if the latter. :-O if the former. That gotta sting. For a long time.
I typically don't like cases on phone. But Nexus 6P is so slippery that I know I will drop it sooner or later. So, I put it in a case. And it got so heavy.
lost it. yep, exactly as you imagine. hence my extreme hesitation. it cost me my entire months worth of money so it didn't come easily.
There there
Haven't ordered one yet but heavily debating on it. I currently have an Moto X Pure Edition and just really hate it. I got a dud for the first time ever and it's been very pain staking. My wife's phone works flawlessly. We're both "addicted" to new cell phones though so as soon as the Note 7/Iphone 7 were released we were both intrigued and wanted to look into something new. The Pixel XL definitely seems like a winner but I just don't know if I can justify $850 for a phone that doesn't feature everything the other flagships do. Granted water proofing, front facing speakers, and large bezels are huge deal breakers. It becomes an issue when these other phones cost the same and provide those features. So I'm really torn. I really really liked the Note 7 but we all know that story. I honestly may own an Iphone for the first time in my life soon.
It seems like a really nice phone. I bought a galaxy 7 edge this year so I'm good for now, but maybe the next version.
The poll is unfortunately missing one important option: "None, as Google does not sell it in my country yet" :(
I just can't justify spending that much on a phone I'm not in love with. Along with the whole "only 2 years of support" from Google, and death of the Nexus brand, I'm a sad Android fan.
Me too. I'm kinda sorta fuming inside. I'm cursing Google in my mind. And I'm cursing myself for being so weak.
Haha, I'm sure you'll enjoy it once you get it. I just wish the Xiaomi Mi Mix was available stateside. 😔
OMG... I drooled so much when I saw it on Tuesady. Now that's a phone I'll gladly pay $1000 for; unlike Pixel for which I'm paying that much reluctantly.
how is the sound? i was blown away by the sound (music) on the 6. it easily won over htc boomsound. loud yet smooth. I'm a singer (and other stuff) and ive never had any phone with sound like that. Google said nothing about it so I wonder if the pixel is as good or maybe even better.
I'm wondering the same. Nexus 6P's front facing stereo speakers are quite good. Dunno whether I will like the bottom firing mono speaker. All the reviewers are saying it is quite loud and not bad. But I dunno why but all the reviews seem "paid" to me.
interesting. i used to edit books for a living and got decent at evaluating info. have read any reviews yet. now I will. soon.
can you friend or follow on here? i don't see how it's done...anyway have to go. i like reddit and im really liking this. :-)
I'm seeing only report and mute options. No Follow option. I guess they'll add that as the service grows.
It's not as good as on Nexus 6p but better than on Galaxy S7. Not sure about Nexus 6 though
I'm waiting for the second gen :) hoping that it will be waterproof :)
iPhone.
