    In your mind, walk up to a chalk board. Concentrate on doing this perfectly. Pick up the chalk and Draw a ZERO big as you can comfortably. Put down the chalk. Pick up the eraser. Erase the Zero. Put down the eraser. Pick up the chalk, Draw a ONE. ad infinitum.

    I put on a show that I like but have seen dozens of times. Knocks me right out.

    Edit: Even if Netflix only helps me sleep 1 night out of a month... it's still worth it.

        Apparently you use a very differently-shaped earbud than I do. With mine, no, I can't.
