What would you do?
Panic attacks daily and debates/presentations are a trigger. Had a panic attack in class steps into the hallway, gets worse goes to councelor who send u to the nurse who tells you to go back to class.... so you call home crying and hyperventilating to come get you and when they do they scream at you. What would you do?

Controle your breathing that's the key. It's not easy and you ahve yo learn how to recognise a crisis when it comes. You obviously have stress issues thats is a work you have to do yourself (with help if needed) but breathing correctly will help you.
So it sounds like you are in high school correct? I would talk to the counselor before or after school, and talk to them about what is going on. I know it is scary to talk to someone about what is going on because I've been there before too. But once you get going and talking it makes things a lot better. Your school counselor might want to have weekly meetings with you to check in or recommend you to a psychiatrist to help out with your anxiety. But when you go in tell him or her that you need her help.
