Fender Road Worn series

Hey guys! How do you feel to mexican made instruments? That's really interesting point of view: mexican make instruments even in USA, like American basses for Fender. So, is it worth to pay much more for american fender, when you can get mexican from the "same hands"? Just experience and my thoughts...
Cheers!

Agree, mexican made fender are nice, not so sparkle and well finished as american, but it plays really nice. So, replace the bridge it's a nice idea, as a tuners or pickups. Sometime it gets you really nice upgrade to a new level instrument. Like it!
I'm fine with the Mexican made Fenders. I find them a little looser, freer than the American made basses. The neck on a Mexican Jazz was one of the nicest I've played. I think I got lucky with that one. I regret letting that bass go.
Only thing I do is upgrade the bridges. I've broken a few of them :(
