Here are everything about our bass guitars. Let's share our music, photos and instruments.
Music You're Learning?
Hey Imzy low-enders,
Just joined the community today and I'm looking forward to being able to share, learn and grow with all ya'll here.
Just to keep things rolling post-wise, I ask this question:
Anybody practicing or learning anything fun?
I'm working on learning the entirety of Al Stewart's "The Year of the Cat" album and it's pretty fun. There are some cool little licks that I certainly did not expect to exist on a "folk" record.
Keep it funky, -N

Keep it funky, man :D I learn some staff from books, and half of them is so boring music, don't know who wrote that :) Always in finding the interesting melodies and rythms, or foundation for them - that's my way.
Nice. What books are you working with currently?
What type of music do you prefer to play?
Learning Secaucus by the Wrens. The bass reminds me a bit of Kim Deal's work in the Pixies, but there's lots of fun arpeggios and chromaticism thrown in too.
