As with the start of any new year, I've been thinking about resolutions. This year, as I wrote down what I'd like to accomplish and what is important to me, I realized a distinct change in my view of resolutions. I've made many resolutions about fitness, ... I'm a working mom with a 30-minute commute. That doesn't leave much time for gyms, classes, etc. (it leaves no time). Anybody have any suggestions for unstructured activity that can actually get me in shape? What do other people do who can't get to the gy...
