For those women who seek to improve their level of fitness while loving their bodies as they are today.
Highlight of the day: discovering that I can do pull-ups again!
At the end of a bouldering session at the climbing gym, I decided to try the pull-up bar, thinking that I wouldn't do very well. (The last time I tried, at a friend's, I managed to do most of a chin-up - so, not great.) Today, I managed two! And then another two, after a short break. And then two chin-ups!
Even though I don't always notice myself getting stronger, I guess that all the rock climbing and Pilates I've been doing have helped me more than I realized.




Woooo!! Congrats! That's amazing! I hope I'll get back there at some point! Right now I'm stuck nursing a dumb injury that's keeping me from doing much.
Rock climbing is so great for upper body strength. And just being active in general is going to make you always slightly stronger over time. Great job!
