Thursday was my day for working out decided to do a HIIT class, though it was though, it was great for my cardio.
I slept very badly last night because all the rain we've had caused local flooding and we've got water in our basement, despite the sump pump going all night...
So this morning's run was very, very tough. But I persevered. 32 minutes on the treadmill at 4.8 mph for a total of 2.56 miles (4.1 km). Getting there, slowly (oh, so slowly!) but surely...
