Monday: How was your run?
Good Monday Morning everyone! Is spring in the air where you are? Here it's still way below zero and we're getting a snowstorm tomorrow and Wednesday, so I'm still stuck running indoors on the treadmill.
Which is probably a good thing, because I'm going to need new shoes for running on our dirt roads - the ultralight Adidas shoes I'm currently wearing won't stand up to the gravel, I don't think...

Not really following the couch to 5k plan as such, but trying to go jogging with my dog on days off, and pushed myself harder today
Welcome! No matter that you're not following a C25K plan, everyone who is doing any kind of running/jogging/walking training is welcome here! Do you have a specific goal or are you jogging just to keep fit?
I wish I could run with my dog, but he's 10 years old and he can't keep up with me even tough I'm really slow!
I'm basically trying to build up fitness because i am unfit AF. I also bought and activity monitor so it's easier for me to track how well i am doing and compete with myself 😂
I did 25 minutes on the treadmill this morning. It was harder than it should have been, because I over-indulged in pizza and beer last night. We pay for our indulgences...
