Monday: How was your run?
Good Monday Morning all! It's the first week of the month, so do we have anyone starting their running program this week?

Although it wasn't a run, I went for a hike with my parents. Roughly and hour and 45 minutes. It felt good to be outside and enjoying nature again.
That sounds really nice!
Hiking is my preferred method of meditation. Nothing like being in the woods to help re-center myself.
I did 32 minutes running on the treadmill this morning, up from 30 minutes last week. I know from bitter experience that the jump from 30 to 35 minutes running is too big for me, so I have to take it more gradually. It was tough, but I was confident all the way through and that helped a lot, so it went really well!
