Wednesday: How was your run?
Sorry for the late post today, we've had bad storms here and our power just came back on after being out for most of the day...

Today I was lazy and did 15 minutes of running instead of the 30 I know I can do. I used the rest of my cardio time walking on max resistance.
I was going to go for a walk at lunch since the temps are nice (currently 71F!) but it's SUPER windy. As in 25mph steady. Have you ever heard the phrase "railing against the wind"? Yeah, that's me. Wind just flat out pisses me off, probably because I've worn hats most of my life and have lost more than one to the wind.
I'm going to try to get to the gym tonight. They're open until 10, so I might wait until 8:30 or so to hopefully let some people clear out.

It wasn't. Dad and I still haven't gotten back to it. Bleh.
BUT! I'm doing something tomorrow. I was gonna go running myself but it looks like it's gonna be super slippery, so I'm gonna go to my folks' place and do some cardio on their exercise bike while they're at work instead. Then dad and I will do cardio together at the local gym in the weekend.
Sounds like a plan!
My run didn't happen either, due to our power failure. First thing this morning, when I'd normally be getting myself on the treadmill for a run, instead I was firing up our generator to keep the sump pump running so that our basement didn't flood!
Oh, that sucks! Hope you got it sorted okay.
