What are your running goals?
What are your goals for this month, or this summer? Are you training for a particular race? Or just aiming to be able to run around the block? Let us know what you're working towards!




I've been quiet recently, I know. I need to get running again so that in June/July/August I can run 75 miles in 80 days (eek).
Do you have a plan for how to get started again?
I know I should start (again) with C25K but at the same time, the idea of facing the first two weeks for the zillionth time is demoralizing. I might find a different C25K app or try zombies to 5k to see if that motivates me more. One thing I am going to do is Sunday workout planning and making a tracker in my journal for the week, based on expected weather and whether I'll need to run indoors or not. And try to mix back in some weights because I really miss those.
Sounds like you have a good plan.
I think a good goal for me is to hit the gym at least once a week for strength/cardio and start with interval training to run 2 days a week.

My goals for this month are (I hope) pretty simple: be able to run 5k consistently, start running outdoors (if it ever stops raining), and start working towards 10k !
