Blindspots
What embarassing film blindspots do you have? I've managed to go my whole life without seeing a Godfather movie, and haven't seen nearly as many foreign films as I would like to.

I haven't seen any Godfather movies either but I'm not much into maffia stuff. I say this very cautiously because I will probably watch a maffia film if it's a pre-code.
My blindspot is Casablanca and yes I'm very ashamed I haven't seen it yet :p
Mine is also Citizen Kane, which I hear is suppose to be one of the greatest of all time.
I just recently saw Pulp Fiction. I'm so unfamiliar with Tarantino.
I saw Close Encounters about two years ago. I'm 43 so I could have seen it pretty much when it came out.
I've never seen Battlefield Earth or Kramer vs Kramer. The first I won't watch even on an irony dare and the other, well, just haven't seen it yet.
The Wizard of Oz of films that I would actually watch. I've never seen Citizen Kane or Close Encounter, E.T. and a few others that I generally don't have an interest in.
