So the most interesting thing I took away from that article was that Twitter has admitted that about 8.5% of its users may be bots. And that non-bots continue to defy expectations.
This is interesting to me because a ton of news websites in my country have recently changed to only allowing 'real name' commenting and I don't feel it has had any impact on harassment or abuse in their comment sections.
