A community for conlangs and conlangers
The Dailies. May 25
Did you work on your language today? Create any new rules of grammar or syntax? New progress on a script? New words in your lexicon?
On the other hand, do any excavating or reading or enjoying stuff you've already created? Do you have any favorites to share?
How did you conlang today?

Today (yesterday) I've mostly been worrying about where to get my conlanging fix after Imzy. I've seen a few new sites w the same concepts (communities/feeds for topics/interests) but not tried any. Any of you tried Swolk or Voten.co yet?
Tonight though I'm gonna try to make some derived forms, and maybe make the other sense verbs too. We'll see.
The /glossopoeia community has created this Discord server: https://discord.gg/gadupsT
Also, conworkshop.info might interest you.
I sort of prefer forums to chats for this sort of thing. Can never keep up with discord. But might join anyway.
I do use conworkshop for the word generators and stuff but haven't touched the forum much yet.
I don't use CWS anymore. Idk why, I just went back to the old school google docs and spreadsheets :P I also have a wiki where I document my conworld and conlangs. If you are into that, check out Miraheze.
Apart from that, somebody started a dreamwidth community of imzy: https://imzy.dreamwidth.org But I'm not there
Yeah I don't really use the sort of display end of cws either but I like some of the tools.
I've just been burned. I'm not jumping into another new social media site, falling in love, and having them leave. It's just too soon. :(
Discord is two years old and has thousands (millions?) of users, though :P
I was replying to Emma about Swolk and Voten. I have zero interest in a chat. ETA: I've been aware of Discord for a while and never been remotely tempted to try them.
Sorry, I didn't interpret correctly the tabbing of your comment. My fault. It wasn't my intention to annoy you. Sorry if I did.
Nah, you're fine. I'm just super picky/opinionated about platforms. It's not you. It's them.
