One week of exercise is done!

I set a goal this week of exercising three times. 30-40 minutes of weights (same amount of reps just depends on how much time I take between) and 30 minutes of cardio. For my tracking, here's what I did:

  • Sunday August 28th - done
  • Tuesday August 30th - done
  • Thursday September 1st - Not done - don't drink the night before you plan to excercise
  • Friday September 2nd - done

I'm still too scared to weigh myself, it really fucks with my brain and can put me into a spiral of negative thinking.
