One week of exercise is done!
I set a goal this week of exercising three times. 30-40 minutes of weights (same amount of reps just depends on how much time I take between) and 30 minutes of cardio. For my tracking, here's what I did:
- Sunday August 28th - done
- Tuesday August 30th - done
- Thursday September 1st - Not done - don't drink the night before you plan to excercise
- Friday September 2nd - done
I'm still too scared to weigh myself, it really fucks with my brain and can put me into a spiral of negative thinking.




You can do it! You're off to a good start, track activity, not weight.

Righteous! That sounds excellent. Every day you go is a victory.
Whenever you falter, tomorrow is always an opportunity to do better.
Never get discouraged. You'll want to do it all at once but it's all about making this part of your routine. If you make it too extreme, you're more likely to drop it. Small victories, small milestones. Clear eyes, full hearts, can't lose. Now let's play some football!
