Trinidad Sour Cocktail - Imbibe Magazine

The Trinidad Sour Cocktail is a paradigm shifter with its base of Angostura bitters. Here's the recipe.

This looks interesting, but I'm a bit put off by the 1oz of Angostura.

Even with 100 proof whiskey, there's not enough alcohol to balance that much Angostura. Makes my eyes roll back in my head just thinking about it. @ifindkarma - they're a bit of an acquired taste, in my opinion: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angostura_bitters

I was at a bar in NOLA not long ago and they had a drink where angostura was the primary ingredient. Gross

Jonathan thank you for the link!

@eilis we need to avoid Angostura in the /kindness drinking game.

It looks such a beautiful ruby color though

Perhaps we could drink something else with that color that is less bitter?

        Yes!

I'm not even sure what Angostura is.
