Quick breakfast?
Sure, eggs are fine, but unless I hard boil them the night before its difficult to grab and go in the morning (additionally, it leaves pans to clean). I try to avoid dairy as well, which removes some other options. So question is - what do you eat for breakfast when you just have to get up and go?

TBH I often just skip it. There's plenty of proof that intermittent fasting is just as healthy as the ever-touted breakfast. But if I am not doing that and have no time, I use the Primal Blueprint guy's meal replacement shakes with almond milk.
Good question. For a no-cook breakfast, I would probably just do bulletproof coffee if I'm in that much of a hurry, with collagen or gelatin blended in.
I can't think of too much off the top of my head that's non-dairy and no-cook.
If some form of cooking is on the table, microwaving even, I'd probably just do bacon.
I've also been enjoying Bhu Fit's double chocolate paleo bar, which I'm sure various diet plans will warn you off of because it's a protein bar. But if options are limited...
