Shoddycast has a great lore series, and they even hire the voice actors of Sheogorath and Haskil. The Imperial Library is another great selection of lore, and the wiki is fantastic in connecting each piece of lore to each other using the hyperlinks. TES lore is a little different; instead of individual hero/villain stories like greco-roman, it's more of a spiderweb where every bit of info connects to each other. Also, all religions in Tamriel are treated as possible, therefore some matters are still speculatory
The wiki is the best place to find elder scrolls lore. Many lore videos don't cover all the details and will say there own opinion sometimes, but when your reading it yourself you can interpret it in your own way. Another great place to find lore is shoddycast a youtuber.
Well for me I prefer reading so uesp.net( http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Main_Page ) is a great place to read up on elder scrolls lore. Shoddycast'a lore series is great, they've cover important characters, the daedra and their planes, playable races, and now they're covering random things like how interracial breeding works. Something that I find helps quite a bit is reading in game books, not only do you learn little thing from them it also is nice when you role-play. The in game books aren't all informative texts and some are folk-tales, there's even a few choose your own adventure books, so not every book will teach you something. I'm sure I missed something but these three have benefited expanding my lore knowledge, playing the games obviously helps too.
