So South Australia (Notably with Victoria also accelerating Renewable capacity and proportions ) is set to pass its 2025 , 50% target sometime in later in 2017 or 2018 in a sustained sense. (SA already passes 80% some days).
So the States with their local and networked grids are simply moving away from the federal Governements attempts to continue to entwine the fossil fuel industries, into the power grid at least.
