Drag-and-Drop Images?
Can't seem to drag-and-drop images into posts or comments anymore.
When I try to drag an image file into the body of a post, I just get a black circle with a slash through it.
That drag-and-drop was my workaround for including more than one image in a post.

hmm...
that worked in comments
Hm that's no good.
I'm pretty sure we haven't changed anything with the uploader, or anything that could affect that.
It looks like chrome did have an update 2 days ago, though from my reading of the changelog, it's unlikely that would have broken drag+drop uploads.
Are you running any browser extensions, script blockers, etc?
It's working on firefox, I'm gonna try restarting chrome.
I'm not running anything new that I wasn't running before. I just updated and restarted Chrome and I'm still having this issue.
Do you mind trying it with your extensions turned off? That helps eliminate a common cause of general browser funkiness.
I just restarted my pc and reopened chrome and the drag-and-drop is functional again...!
Woo!
Thanks, greenie!
Glad it got sorted! :)
I had to be a little precise to add to a comment, but it did upload.
What are you using? I'm using a Chrome browser, on a Win 10 machine.
Opera on Win 10. Let me try Chrome.
Same behavior.
Hmmm... seems to work fine on my Firefox...
What is this show? I would like to know more.
In the heyday of Saturday Morning cartoons, they started this trend of taking live action sitcoms, throwing in some sci fi and making them cartoons. Often, they'd toss in an extra cartoon buddy:
Check out Fonzie and "Mr. Cool" (clearly an inspiration for Poochy).
Get a room
I had issues with multiples yesterday, but did one at a time in Win10/Edge
Were you trying to drag and drop multiple images at once?
Yes, as a group. I think it was 4 or 6.
Cat !
Oh yeah I don't think you can drag and drop as a group, gotta do one at a time. Though you can post multiple in the same post/comment.
daww, cat!
That was just one, from app, stored
Oh, yeah, on the app the process is totally different, since there isn't a drag or drop :)
