Time confusion
I scheduled a post for 12:00 am 10/31, but the notification in my general feed is saying it'll be posted at 11:00 pm on 10/30. I went to edit the post and there it still says 12:00 am 10/31. Confusion about my time zone? (I looked for a place to set my time zone manually, but didn't see one.)

Tbh I think Imzy should drop server-side timezone entirely and let the browser/app handle it. Much easier and cleaner and literally everyone else is doing it like this. Relevant.
It's in Account > General - scroll down and you'll find a place to set the time zone!
Thanks, got it-- after I scrolled past it a dozen times! Any way that could be made more prominent?
This is a problem I'm experiencing as well, and I already have my time zone set up properly (EST).
I made three scheduled posts for 7PM. The first one says it'll be posted at 7PM in the future. The next two I made say 8PM - I went back into the posts to make sure I didn't accidentally put in 8PM, but they both say 7PM. Oddly, the creation time of the scheduled posts are all stamped correctly.
This has to do with the upcoming time change on November 6. All times are stored in the database without any time zone information, then, get formatted on the way out according to your time zone (or our best guess).
There must be a bug with the library we use for future times that coses a time change, and is not adjusting properly.
I'll take another stab at in the morning.
Hey @weffey if it makes you feel any better our whole computer and phone system at work rolled the time update early today too. We were constantly freaking out because we thought we were experiencing temporal anomalies. <3
