Sales tax isn't applied to Viagra in Wisconsin, but it is applied to tampons and pads. Birth control, medicated condoms and yeast infection medication are exempt because they are considered drugs.

Good news. I feel like problems like this require us to have more diverse legislative bodies. Even a kind, non-sexist non-vagina'd senator won't think about making these kinds of changes. Perspective is important in finding ways to improve the lives of ordinary citizens.
