"MFP has been instrumental to my weight loss. I've tried countless times to lose weight but nothing worked. Anything restrictive and I would just gain the weight right back. But MyFitnessPal really works. MFP makes counting calories SO easy. I log onto my iPhone app every day and I'm proud to say I haven't missed a single day of logging in.

This app helped me alot tracking my calories and saved me alot of trouble keeping a good overview of my weight gains and losses. I wonder what apps everyone else uses to keep track of all thier fitness activities.

When I care to, I use LoseIt to track calories consumed. It's very slick and very fast, and does what I need from it. When tracking programming, I use my trusty Moleskin notebook, the one I've had for 4 years. I'm about to run out of pages, so I'll have to buy a new one, but that's okay.
Sounds interesting, I will give it a try :)
Totally forgot about programming earlier, but I use runkeeper to keep track of all my running abviously and also my cycling.
A few weeks ago I found out that runkeeper could be used for other activities then just running so I will probably use it alot more now.
For my weight training I just keep in mind what muscle group I want to train and make up the exercises while I am working out.
I really like the FitBit app (when used with a FitBit). You can track calories AND activity, and "earn" additional calories as you are more active. I'm also a fan of C25K, a running app that gives you walking and running drills. And I also love Zombies Run 5K, which is the same basic idea as C25K, except you run along with a story, sometimes training, sometimes going on missions for the base and outrunning zombies. Definitely motivating. (Note: I don't recommend running to Zombies Run at night alone. Never again. Hella stressful.)
I use myfitnesspal as well, for a few years now. Prior to that I used LoseIt
