Read somewhere about these supplements apparently many UFC ppl use and its legal

Hi Read a couple of sites including this EXPOSED: Conor McGregor Supplements. I need to gain mass and bananas, eggs and whey powder have done nothing to help me so far (and yes, I gym).

What do you think, should I try it?

    Hey man,

Are you keeping track of how much bananas, eggs, and whey powder you're eating? I know it seems like a weird ask, but you might just need to keep track and eat even more food!

That is a spam affiliate marketing post I doubt any of the content is real. So no you shouldn't, just eat more.

Skip the supps, well maybe except for protein powder. Train heavy w/ longer breaks. Eat more often w/ clean protein.

You know about Conor McGregor why don't you join the /everything_mma community? They would know. And plus McGregor didn't touch any supps as he had to cut to near deathly weight to make 145lbs where he looked like a zombie. This is prob scammy marketing man.

Join /bodybuilding for some upcoming recipes to build mass. And as someone said try track what you eat. There are many tools that can help you. Check our pool on /bodybuilding to see some of the options
