Anyone else run 3+ Miles everyday?
Just wanted to ask if you were going to push it past your comfort zone do you feel it even though you've been running at your current max for a while?




Two years ago I ran 3 to 5 miles every day. It was amazing. One day I didn't have anywhere to be so I decided to just keep running. I ended up running 13 miles that day it was amazing. Then I got sick and out of the habit of running and now I need to motivate myself to get back out and run.
Wow 13 miles. So you feel a huge difference between now and then? And do you remember when you ran that 13 miles if it felt completely out of your breadth in terms of completing it?
