Craft all the things!
Most nerve wrecking aspect of a project?
I just put a quilt that I started months ago in the washing machine after finishing the binding. After I had a different quilt come apart in the wash, I am eternally paranoid that I'm going to open the lid and find shredded cotton everywhere.

Ack. Well let us know how it went!
It came out ok! I'm going to post pictures, but I want the recipient to see it in person first, not on the interwebz.
Good stuff!!
Any time I need to modify a pattern because of gauge or sizing issues, I get serious anxiety over whether it's going to fit, be SUPER HUGE, or just not work at all. Ugh.
I have constant anxiety whenever I knit something in which gauge or fit actually matters. Even if I've done everything I can to start off on the right foot, I'll keep worrying that I've messed up my gauge or stitch count.
I always stand on a chair or table to take an elevation shot of my quilt top before sandwiching it. (I do it in B&W to make sure I get the values right.) I find it nerve wracking because...well, sometimes I get it wrong and the values aren't balanced as well as I had hoped. And then it's terribly depressing to rip and re-align. I'm always glad I did it, but still a pain! That photo is a real moment of truth!
I'm always paranoid that once I finish off a crochet project that it will somehow come unraveled even though I've finished off the ends. And that, if it does, I won't be able to fix it since I've trimmed the last part, shortening the amount of yarn I have to work with.
