Gaming! So many games, not enough posts!
I Seem to Be Stuck...
I seem to be stuck. I own quite the collection of video games with popular and lesser known titles(Minus some games like GTA), yet i've played everyone one a good bit and don't feel like replaying them. Regrettably, there are some haven't finished but I knew the story well enough to feel like a completionist . I just have such good memory the gameplay seems old. Is there a Specific game that might be able to replay that I could feel a new game each time I played?

Soulsborne games (Demons Souls, Dark Souls, Bloodborne, etc). Those games have tons of replay ability.
Games billed as "rogue-likes" are pretty much designed to solve the problem you're having. You generally only have one try/life to get to the end, and if (when) you die, the maps, enemy, and item placements are shuffled up for your next playthrough. Binding of Isaac and Spelunky are two popular games like this - BoI being similar to the top down, 2D Zelda games and Spelunky being more of a platformer.
Since you haven't mentioned your tastes I've just used examples of games I personally like.
I don't know of any games that feel TOTALLY new, but some that have at least some variety and suit replaying: Procedural (not sure of any good examples but I know it's a thing), branching (Dragon Age Origins suits replaying with different approaches though the central narrative stays the same, and visual novels like Magical Diary or Hatoful Boyfriend are good for a few playthroughs) and open world (Skyrim, which I haven't played but have heard is fun)
Another option is games that are just really long, like Stardew Valley or Dragon Age Inquisition.
I don't tend to enjoy replaying games either but I solve this by just buying new games during sales ;)
