Sweet. Amazon Prime just keeps getting to be a better and better deal if this pans out. Heck I was perfectly fine with it just as fast shipping as I use it for work and home and it pays for itself on ...

Well, this sucks. Only way to make Twitch customer service worse is to add a layer of Amazon customer service on top.
Not sure what you mean, but every time I've had to contact them it's been amazing. I use AWS and Amazon for work and home and Audible for personal use and when I do have an issue, which is rare, they take care of it right away. I've had Amazon send me the wrong thing a couple times and every time so far they just tell me to keep it and have a replacement sent our next day air. Compared with any other company I have to deal with in IT they are so much better.
Amazon Payments locked me out of my own account a few years ago. Decided I wasn't really me. Every time I send documentation up, it works for a few days, then the account is automatically locked again. Even managed to get them on the phone once - and the account was locked again three days later. They still have money they haven't paid me, because they want me to prove that I wasn't sharing my account with anyone else on top of proving that I am who I say I am.
Amazon was one of those companies I had long decided never to do business with again... but, well, here we are.
Agree with @Zach_Brownfield, Amazon's customer service one of the best out there and if you have an issue with any of their products/services it gets resolved fairly quick. Me, personally, I'm looking forward for Twitch Prime 😄
