February Gardening
I live in Central Arizona USA and already my roses are starting to bud out, which means it's time to trim them back.
I have one head of broccoli left to harvest. There is a critter, probably a chimpmunk, pulling the leaves off of the stems. So there goes my second growth of broccoli heads.
I planted my garlic in a large pot this year. Hopefully it won't get too hot in the pot for the bulbs.
I need to trim the dead blossoms from my lavender plant. It looks kind of sad at the moment.
That's it. How's your February garden?

I'm in the Phoenix area? What kind of roses do you have?
They were here when I bought the house. Modern varieties that have no scent, which is disappointing. They're pretty though, and the hummingbirds and bees seem to like them which is good enough for me. I was going to post a picture but can't seem to make it work.
