I've realized that all of the queer focused podcasts I know of are pop culture podcasts hosted by queers, which is cool, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a podcast like Stuff You Missed in History Class or This American Life but with queer stories an... If you're interested in pop culture history, I'd highly recommend this series, currently on Netflix. There's also another season about the Seventies that I just started (but then OITNB season 4 was released, so anything else in my queue got put on hold). Because I could kinda use some right now. =/ I needed something positive and nice today, so I'm rewatching Magic Mike XXL for the 3rd time in 6 months. It's just so nice and kind. The dancing is fun and flirty and cheesy, and the road trip premise allows for so many diversions and so much sillines... This is really, really cool; and deeply bizarre. Well worth clicking through and watching. I have three examples of this: in Aladdin (Jafar) , inThe Silver Chair (Lady of the Green Kirtle), and Buffy ( the Mayor ). Any other examples? This looks amazing, and I am super excited for it! Goosebumps, in spite of myself. So rad.
