Hallowimzy, the most Wimzycal of holidays.
I got mail!
I got my gloves and socks, and there were stickers, too! I put one on my computer right away, and my little dude wants one (but he's very excited about the plushie, which is only fair because I won it with a picture of him). I wore my socks and gloves tonight, although I have to repair a hole in my left glove. I really appreciate that the thumbs aren't full thumbs, because I wear fingerless gloves a lot in the winter to help with my arthritis and having a full thumb is annoying. The socks are super comfy, and they both kept me really warm! Thank you, Imzy peoples!
(I'd post a picture, but they're the same as the other ones and I'm feeling too tired to dig everything out to take a picture.)

Ha. My daughter overheard me telling my husband I had socks and gloves coming and she said, "you know mom, if they're too small..." Stinker! She's 8 and about the size of a young 7 year old, they'd have to be pretty small! She's getting my plushie, too. She was in the pic with me. The next generation of imzy is coming up quick. :)
Oh, mine has stolen all of my couch blankets, so he knows better than to eye my socks and gloves! I think he'd like to join Imzy, and he loves the Imzysaurus, but he's just a little too young at 9. I don't think it would be unsafe, but the internet is a little too wild for me to be comfortable, even if the EULA would allow it.
Oh I know what you mean. There is no way mine's allowed on the internet. She does love to hover at my elbow when I'm using it, though, ostensibly to ask me something, but then she tells me to scroll back up because she wants to see something I scrolled past. (And she runs off with the couch blankets all the time. What's with these kids?)
I call that “eyesdropping". It's like eavesdropping, but visual. I let mine on the internet in a very limited capacity, and with supervision, but not by himself and not in places where there are text conversations, or really conversations at all. He'll eyesdrop on my conversations in Discord or whatever, but those are usually between people who I consider family and would trust with him anyway. I don't think he's ready for the Wild West of the unsupervised internet. His brother is, but he's also 18, so he's had more experience to be able to strike a balance. :)
Awwww :)
