Sold as a Halloween decoration, the Peeper has a suction cup so it can be stuck to the outside of windows. According to Home Depot's American website, it's "Perfect for scaring friends and family during Halloween or any other time of the year.

    Canuck! (Me too.) I heard that interview and honestly I was kind of mystified. Yes, "voyeurism is a crime," but so is dismembering people and burying people in your front yard. These are staples of halloween decor. Am I missing something that makes this more offensive?

      I haven't got a clue to be honest. I guess because Halloween is "opt in" it might be a bit much for some folks?

      A friend gave me the idea to acquire a bunch of these and station them at my local Tim Hortons one morning before opening. This idea makes me laugh. A lot.
