Bug report?

On Chrome, at some point in the last 12 hours, my handy "choose a profile or create one" option when commenting lost 90% of its features, and on one comm I've never commented non-anon on, it won't let me pick my default profile, just anonymous. Is this a Chrome issue, or did something break?
I haven't tried it in Edge or IE yet and I didn't grab a different pc with more browsers to look, but maybe more people than just me have seen it?
ETA: some of this information is unrelated.

Can you tell me what OS you're on? Apparently the dropdown stuff can be hella browser and operating system dependent.
Mine on Chrome + OSX looks like this:
Since the thing about FFA got figured out, is the main issue now the look of the dropdown, not the functionality?
Which com?
Fail Fandom Anon; there are people posting signed in on the post, though I know there was a vote for it to potentially go anon-only.
Even if that part's not germane, I still can't create new profiles and what used to be a pretty little popup is now kind of ugly and looks like a weird default thing.
FFA went anon-only yesterday. Now only the comm leader and Imzy staff can post non-anon there.
Huh. Well, the screencap is from trying to post a comment on a different post on this comm, which is where I initially noticed it. I haven't checked a bunch of places, but the menu is definitely way different than it looked when I went to bed at around 2pm EST.
If you've commented here as @theLiterator before, then you can't pick another identity for this comm anymore—just that or anonymous. That's why the other options went away.
But did the menu always look like that? The text size doesn't even match my browser zoom: I checked that first.
I don't recall. The menu does look odd in that it isn't styled like everything else on the site.
It looks about like it usually does for me in your cap, I think?
