feature suggestion: "recycle" or "bump to top" for old postings
I think Imzy should have some sort of "recycle" or "bump to top" feature for old postings.
The way it would work is that after a given amount of time (for example 4 months) you are allowed to recycle an earlier posting (so it will in effect appear as new throughout the Imzy ecosystem, it will be pushed to the top of the community feed, while any earlier comments made will still be kept).
This way one can hope to generate new debate on the same posting, keep the community tidy, and also make it easier to introduce your favourite postings to new users.
It will also have the nice side effect of making it appear to the new users that new content is generated all the time.
This is just a draft suggestion, but you get the idea :)

Would this be a Leader power?
Yes, leaders only.
However, I can now see that it is still possible to edit and then re-schedule a post for a later date (even after it has already been posted). It could be that this would be the equivalent to what I suggested, in which case my suggestion is obsolete.
I have a feeling though, that completely new posts are treated differently throughout the Imzy ecosystem, than old posts that have later been edited (especially when it comes to the visibility of the post to the rest of the Imzy user base). I guess someone on the Imzy developer team could answer this.
I spend alot of time finding good articles and references that I post to my community. In 5 years time, when Imzy is a famous place and has millions of users, I would like to re-use those articles and have max visibility and impact without having to re-post them (the same visibility as when making a completely new post), and I would like to be able to easily push them to the top of the feed, while keeping the old comments.
As it is now it feels like the momentum is forever exhausted within a few weeks of a new posting.
